Terms of service
Who you are dealing with
Webdesign Cheshire is a trading name of Pro Website EOOD, registered in Bulgaria, company no. (EIK) 207221537. These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales.
The build (£399)
- Includes up to five pages, copy written with you, mobile-first design in your branding, on-page local SEO, a contact form, and your Google Business Profile set up.
- Two rounds of changes before launch are included. Further rounds are charged at £60 per round.
- Seven working days from the day we receive your brief and content. Delays in sending us logos, photos or approvals extend the timeline by the same amount.
- Payment: half to start, half at launch, or three monthly instalments of £133. The site goes live when the balance is paid.
The care plan (£150 a month)
- Hosting, SSL, daily backups, security updates, unlimited small edits, one new page or article a month, Google Business Profile posts and a monthly report.
- Billed monthly in advance. Cancel with one month's notice by email. We then hand over the site files, domain and content and help you move hosting.
- If you do not take the care plan, you host the site yourself or with a provider of your choice; we hand over the files at launch.
Ownership
The domain is registered in your name. The website, its design and its content are yours once the build is paid for. We may show the site in our portfolio unless you ask us not to.
What we do not promise
We cannot guarantee a specific Google position. We build and write for the searches we agree with you, report your rankings monthly, and tell you honestly what is working.
Liability
Our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you have paid us in the previous 12 months. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
