Do you guarantee that ChatGPT will recommend my business?
No. Nobody can honestly guarantee that, because AI answers change every day and depend on who asks and how. We guarantee the work: data, pages, mentions, crawler access, and every month we show you with the same questions where you stand against your competitors.
How is this different from SEO?
SEO moves you up the list of ten links on Google. An AI assistant gives one answer with three to five names, and people often open nothing else. Reviews, mentions on other websites and pages with clear answers weigh more there than keywords. The two work together: good SEO helps AI visibility, so we run them side by side.
How long until I see results?
The technical part works from the day it is done. Mentions take longer, because AI assistants refresh their knowledge at different paces and reviews and mentions build up over time. We do not promise a date; we measure every month with the same questions and show you the movement.
Which AI assistants do you cover?
ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity and Google AI (AI Overviews and AI Mode in search). Copilot and Claude use many of the same sources, so the work helps there too.
What is an AI agent and why should my website be ready for it?
An AI agent does not just answer, it acts on a person's behalf: it opens websites, compares, books appointments, fills baskets. If your website is confusing for a machine, the agent goes to a competitor where it can finish the task. The AI Agents plan describes your website actions so an agent can complete them quickly and safely, and a person confirms.
When will AI agents be able to buy from UK shops?
Agent purchases are being rolled out by the big AI platforms and payment companies market by market. We do not sell promises of orders that cannot arrive today. We prepare your shop with AI Agents and are ready to switch it on when the channel reaches UK shops. That is why AI Orders is early access.
Does my website have to be built by you?
No. We work with WordPress, WooCommerce, Shopify and custom builds. If we built your website, most of the technical work is already done and the setup is free. On Wix and similar platforms some settings are not available; we tell you in the free audit.
How do you measure whether it works?
Two ways. First, every month we ask the same 20 customer questions on four platforms and count when you are mentioned, in what position and which competitors appear. Second, Google Analytics shows a separate channel for visitors who came from AI assistants and what they do on your website.
