Design and products
We design the shop around your logo and photos, set up payments and delivery in your name, and upload the products.
Review and test orders
You open the shop on your own phone, place test orders and see the emails a customer gets. Two rounds of changes are included.
Launch
We go live, submit the shop to Google, hand you the keys and show you how to add a product. The care plan takes over from here.

How much does an online shop cost?
The Shop package is from £1,290 one-off and £249 a month: your own shop with up to 100 products uploaded by us, payments, delivery and the legal pages set up, then hosting, updates, backups, product edits and a monthly report. A shop needs the monthly plan, because payments and stock cannot be left unmaintained. Only a handful of products? The £399 website takes a small shop add-on for £350, up to 50 products, on the £150 care plan. Larger catalogues and links to stock or accounting software are quoted per project.
Why not just use a rented shop platform?
A rented platform is quick to start and charges you every month for as long as you trade, often with a fee on each sale, and the shop stops when you stop paying. With us the shop, the data and the customers are yours from day one. If you later leave the care plan, we hand everything over and help you move hosting.
Can I add products myself?
Yes. At launch we show you how to add a product, change a price or mark something out of stock, on your phone or laptop. Or you email us and we do it the same day as part of the care plan.
What about VAT on my products?
The shop shows prices including VAT if you are VAT registered, with VAT on the invoice and the receipt, or plain prices if you are not. Tell us in the brief and we set it up either way. Our own fee has no UK VAT added.
Can the shop take bookings or quotes as well?
Yes. Online booking is a £120 add-on for appointments or table bookings, and a quote request form is part of every site. Many trade and service businesses combine a small shop for parts or gift vouchers with a quote form for the main work.
Do I own the shop?
Yes. The domain is registered in your name, the payment account is in your name, and the shop and its content are yours. If you leave the care plan we hand over everything.
